Would give 3 stars as I love and appreciate this service having used it many times what I cannot stand though is the obvious double standards I have been told to stop smoking tobacco while on the sidewalk at the corner technically not on way station property and been told to stop while I literally look to my right and see someone vaping or smoking a cigarette not even 25ft from the building as well as having just gone in to see if I could do laundry had my earbuds in didn't hear the lady in front and I'm glad i didn't with the way she came at me sideways once I actually took my earbud out and got told they're at copacity which is fine what wasn't was how she said "exactly what I just told you soo..." In the absolute grossest tone also to mention is I just got out of a domestic violence situation and only escaped with the clothes on my back and managed to have enough clothes for the hot weather to wash and be ready for it but with the way I keep getting treated when I come here is unexcusable and gross as well as I noticed my last review had been deleted. These issues are still here and I would really prefer to not be suppressed because the ones im calling out don't want to take som

The older Doctor lady that saw me was extremely dismissive of me and the reasons for visiting. She had no interest in providing me a simple note for the shelter saying I needed a bed elevated off the floor due to knee injury/surgery. Apparently that was too much for her to sign off on, I barely got her to sign off on a doctors note for missing work. I had to explain in detail why I needed the doctors note for work. Overall if I could give no stars I would, shame on the clinic for employing such a callous doctor to deal with sensitive issues and patients. And shame on the doctor for falling short on her Hippocratic oath. Utterly useless doctor.

Five stars without hesitation. The Way Station Health & Healing delivers exactly what a modern human needs to survive late stage capitalism with their dignity mostly intact. Immaculate space, grounded energy, and staff who clearly understand that we are all one missed paycheck away from spiritual awakening. Let’s talk about the unsung hero here: the water pressure. Absolute industrial grade. The kind of pressure that makes you feel briefly powerful again. And the hot water? Endless. Reliable. Comforting. Like the system still works somewhere, somehow, if only in this shower. Everything is clean, calm, and intentionally designed for people who are tired. Not just physically tired but existentially tired. You walk in burdened by economic enslavement and leave at least slightly more hydrated and emotionally solvent. Special shout out to Jared. Calm, competent, and clearly operating at a level above the rest of us. If there were a Pacific Northwest Hall of Fame for being exceptionally good at what you do while the world burns quietly, he would be inducted immediately. Highly recommend if you need real care, real heat, real water pressure, and a brief reminder that comfort still exis

current hours + services: 🧺 laundry 7am until 1pm 🚿 showers 7am until 1:30pm 🩺 medical 8am until 2:30pm more info: • if you want to shower and do laundry, they recommend you arrive before noon! • laundry detergent is provided, dryer sheets are not, each cycle is ~30 minutes • towels and toiletries are provided, hair dryers are not • socks and other supplies are also available (by request) • same day medical appointments are with nurse practitioners who can prescribe, and have prescriptions filled at the Unity Care pharmacy nearby, even if you're not currently a Unity Care patient • strict no pets inside policy
